These terms apply to the menu, ordering, payment, reservation and loyalty card services offered by Adıyaman Çiğköftecisi at https://demo.rizaturker.com/ and through the QR menu. By using the service you accept these terms.
1. Provider

2. Orders
- Your order is sent to the business when you submit it; its status is shown on screen. The business may cancel an order if an item is sold out or in exceptional circumstances; any amount paid is refunded.
- Table orders may require staff approval for security reasons.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (name, table, delivery address, phone).
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in TRY and include VAT. The price applicable is the one shown when you submit your order.
- Payment is made using the methods offered (cash, card or online payment). For online payments, card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by the business.
4. Cancellation and withdrawal
Food and drinks are perishable goods, so the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Art. 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU and corresponding national law). Please ask our staff if you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been prepared. Your statutory rights regarding missing, wrong or defective items remain unaffected; please tell our staff immediately or contact iletisim@rizaturker.com.
5. Allergens
Allergen and ingredient information in the menu is provided for information. If you have a food allergy or special requirement, please ask our staff before ordering.
6. Reservations and loyalty card
Reservations depend on availability and confirmation by the business; tables may not be held if you arrive late. Loyalty stamps and rewards have no cash value and are not transferable; the business may change or end the programme with prior notice.
7. Liability
The business takes reasonable care to keep the service available but is not liable for disruptions caused by internet connections, devices or third-party services (payment providers, delivery platforms). Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes
The business may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
